2012 Premier's Active Families Challenge

Bendigo Labor MPs Maree Edwards and Jacinta Allan are urging the Bendigo community to take the 2012 Premier's Active Families Challenge this autumn.
Between 19 March and 30 April the Premier's Active Families Challenge will promote the importance of physical activity.
Maree Edwards, Member for Bendigo West said "There is no cost involved in joining the challenge, but all participants will be able to access some special offers through the Challenge partners and participants are also eligible to go into the draw for some great prizes"
"As an extra bonus the school rewards program will enable participants to help their local school win up to $1,000 in sports equipment. The more families involved for each school the greater the chance the school has of earning a reward" said Ms Edwards.
Member for Bendigo East, Jacinta Allan said "This is a great way for all members of your family to stay healthy and happy by engaging in 30 minutes of physical activity every day. It is also a terrific chance for families with school age children help equip their local school".
